Who we are

Rovexone is a freight dispatch platform built for small carriers and independent dispatchers. This policy covers what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We tried to keep it short and readable.

What we collect

When you sign up, we store your name, email, and company info. Dispatchers who set up a carrier also add their MC/DOT number and address during onboarding.

Driver profiles are created by dispatchers and can include names, phone numbers, CDL details, and pay rates.

If a driver uses the Rovexone app on iOS or Android, we may collect their device's GPS location. When a carrier turns on live tracking, the app periodically shares the driver's location, including while it's running in the background, so the dispatcher can see where the truck is and get accurate delivery estimates. We only keep each driver's most recent location, not a location history. The app also records location at the moment a driver marks a stop arrived, completed, or delivered, so there's a record of where that happened. If a driver logs a fuel expense, we may briefly use their location to suggest the state they're in, we only save the resulting state, not the coordinates. Location is only visible to dispatchers at that driver's own carrier, never anyone else, and it's never sold or used for advertising.

Load data, pickups, deliveries, rate cons, POD photos, settlements, is stored as you create it. That's the core of what Rovexone does.

For billing, our payment processor handles your card. We never see or store your full card number, just the last four digits and expiry that we get back.

We also collect basic server logs (IP, browser, timestamps) to keep things running and catch problems early.

What we do with it

We use your data to run the platform, nothing more. That means processing payments, sending emails like password resets or settlement PDFs, and keeping the app working. We look at aggregate usage patterns to figure out what to build next, but that's anonymized.

We don't sell your data. We don't use it for ads.

How we store it

Your data is stored in a secure cloud database that keeps each carrier's data completely separate from everyone else's. Uploaded files are stored privately and can't be accessed without authentication. Everything is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.

If you delete your account, your data sticks around for 90 days in case you change your mind, then it's gone for good.

Who else sees it

A few outside providers help us run Rovexone behind the scenes, things like payment processing, email delivery, hosting, and address or location lookups for features like delivery estimates and fuel-tax reporting. They only get the data they need to provide that specific service, and none of them can use it for their own purposes. We don't sell your data to anyone.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we have, correct it, export it, or delete it. Email support@rovexone.com and we'll get back to you within 3-5 business days.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking, no advertising cookies. If you block cookies entirely the app won't work, but that's the only one we set.

Changes

If we change something significant we'll email you before it takes effect. Small clarifications we'll just update the page and change the date at the top.
