Load Management
Streamline the load lifecycle, start to finish
Dispatch, track, and invoice from one screen, with real-time visibility the moment anything changes.

Platform
Everything your trucking company operation needs, in one platform
Take the load, dispatch it, watch it move, invoice it, settle the driver. Every step writes to the same record, so nothing gets typed twice and nothing gets lost between systems.
AI-powered load creation
Upload the rate con PDF. RovexOne pulls the pickup, the delivery, the rate, the reference numbers, the commodity, the weight, and the equipment type. You check the fields and save. A load that used to take four minutes of typing takes about twenty seconds of reading.
Forwarding works too. Send rate cons to your dedicated RovexOne address and the load builds itself before you open the app.
More on dispatchSettlements
Log the deduction when it happens, not on Friday. Advances, ELD fees, insurance, and escrow carry a balance and come off each settlement until they are paid.
When the week closes, the statement is already built for every driver and every dispatcher on percentage or per-mile pay. Export the PDF or email it from the app.
More on driver payCompliance
CDLs, medical certificates, insurance certificates, and anything else you need on file live in one vault, per driver and per company. Alerts fire 30 days before an expiration date.
Incidents log with drug and alcohol test flags, citations, police reports, and attached documents, so a DOT audit is a lookup instead of a search.
More on complianceDispatch and tracking
Assign the truck. The driver gets the load on his phone with the pickup, the delivery, and every stop in between. He taps At Pickup, En Route, Delivered as he goes.
You watch GPS positions on the live map and answer the broker without calling anybody.
More on the driver appIncluded on every plan
Nothing here is an upsell
Every plan includes every feature. What changes between tiers is capacity: how many trucks, how many drivers, how many dispatcher seats, how many AI rate con parses per month.
Invoice generation
Built from the delivered load with detention, lumper, and other charges as their own lines. Send by email, share a public link, download the PDF, or print it.
Factoring submission
Merge the rate con, BOL, and POD into one packet and send it to your factoring company by SFTP or email, one invoice at a time or in batches.
Expenses and P&L
Fuel, tolls, repairs, and recurring costs with receipt uploads, attributed per load and per truck. Net profit per load, per truck, per period.
IFTA
Quarterly returns with per-state mileage, route-based mileage estimation, ELD mileage import, and fuel purchase import. Print-ready.
Trucks, trailers, and owners
VIN, plates, ownership type, status, assignment, and service records. Revenue reports you can send straight to your truck owners.
Brokers and broker reps
A contact book with AP email on file, tied to every load you have run with them.
Driver mobile portal
Loads, one-tap status, POD capture, expense logging, and settlement history. Or turn it off and run dispatcher-managed.
Public forms
Hosted driver application and quote request forms. Applications land in an inbox and convert to a driver record in one step.
Team access
Owner, full access, and operations roles. Operations users see dispatch and nothing else. Financials and compliance stay gated.
Multiple authorities
Run more than one MC number from one login. Loads, drivers, settlements, and documents stay fully separated.
Historical import
Bring your past loads in through a review wizard so your reporting does not start at zero.
Referral program
Send another carrier our way and you both get 10% off for three months.

Driver experience
The app your drivers will actually open
RovexOne Driver is on the App Store and Google Play. Drivers who do not want another app on their phone get the same thing in any mobile browser from one invite link, with no setup on their end.
- Invite by email. The driver sets a password and is running in a few minutes.
- He sees his assigned load, the pickup address, the delivery address, every stop, and his rate.
- One tap for At Pickup, En Route, Delivered.
- POD photos go from the camera straight onto the load record. Not to a text thread.
- He logs his own expenses and pulls up his settlement history without calling the office.
Running dispatcher-managed instead? Turn the portal off. The rest of the platform works the same way.
More on the driver appWho it is for
One platform, three ways to run it
Every carrier's loads, drivers, and settlements stay separate no matter who else is running on RovexOne.
You drive and you dispatch. No driver portal, no team overhead, no menu items you will never touch. Loads, invoices, expenses, financials, and IFTA, and that is it.
- Scan the rate con instead of typing it
- Expenses and profit tracked per load
- Invoice the broker or your factoring company yourself
Company trucks, contracted owner-operators, dispatchers on staff, drivers on the road. Full nav, driver portal, settlements, and compliance.
- Assign a load in one click
- Driver status updates as they happen
- Weekly settlements for drivers and dispatchers, built as the week runs
Separate MC numbers under one login. A company switcher moves you between them, and nothing crosses over: loads, drivers, settlements, and documents are isolated per authority.
- One login, every authority
- Fully separated books per MC
- Additional companies bill as an add-on at roughly 75% of your plan price
Dispatching for multiple client carriers at once, each one kept separate under its own set of books. In development. Not available yet.

The problem
Most of this runs on three tools that do not talk to each other
The rate con lands in your inbox. Somebody retypes the pickup, the delivery, the rate, and the reference number into a spreadsheet. Dispatch goes out in a group text. The BOL comes back as a photo in that same group text, and by Thursday nobody can find it. Friday night the settlements get done by hand. The invoice goes out Monday, if it goes out.
The expensive part is the gap between delivered and invoiced. Two days is normal. A week is common. Every day in that gap is a day your money is sitting in somebody's camera roll instead of your account.
RovexOne closes that gap. The rate con becomes a load. The load becomes a dispatch. The POD comes back attached to the load, not to a text thread. The invoice generates itself the moment the load delivers and goes to the broker or to your factoring company the same day.
How it works
Four steps, start to finish
Bring in the load
Upload the rate con and let the parser fill it in, forward it to your RovexOne address and let the load build itself, or type it in. Whichever is faster that day.
Dispatch it
Assign the truck. The driver gets it on his phone and updates status from pickup through delivery. You watch it on the map.
Get paid
The invoice generates when the load delivers, with detention and lumper broken out. Send it to the broker’s AP email or push the full packet to your factoring company. Driver settlements calculate from load pay minus deductions and outstanding debt.
Stay compliant
CDLs, medicals, and insurance sit in one vault with alerts 30 days out. Incidents log with their documents attached. IFTA is ready at the end of every quarter.

FAQ
Questions we hear often
Core is built for that. Set your account to solo mode and the driver portal, team seats, and settlements drop out of the nav entirely. What is left is loads, invoices, expenses, financials, and IFTA. It is $34.95 a month and it includes the same rate con parser and the same IFTA engine the fleet plans get.
